Established in 1981, CP Shipping is a privately owned family company and independent Freight Forwarding Agency.

Located on the premier Marsh Barton Trading Estate in Exeter we have our own CUSTOMS BONDED AREA to enable the fast and efficient Customs Clearance of Air Imports. We are familiar with all aspects of customs clearance - IPR / END USE / OPR / HOME USE etc.

Our major strengths are our daily import consolidations from the USA in conjunction with our major US associates with whom we share EDI facilities to their GLOBAL network enabling us to arrange collections and monitor track each shipment Worldwide to our own Exeter Customs Bond, from our local office computers.

As an independent Freight Agent we have direct links with all the Airlines & Shipping lines and, over the years, we have developed a wide range of Export services for our client base. These include the regular movement by SEAFREIGHT of Full Load Containers, 20 and 40 foot, from the West Country. Our nightly trunk to Heathrow / Gatwick Airports enables next day flight departures as well as our links to European centres on frequent trailer services.
